The thing that stands out the most to me is how crisp and dry this imperial ipa is. I’ve had some IIPAs that were almost syrupy and sweet tasting. This one is a hop bomb that finishes with a dry pine needle taste. Definitly going to be in my top ten IIPAs. I look forward to trying the 2013 batch.
